Epoxy-Coated Pump Rod Couplings are a type of anti-corrosion coupling designed to be used with epoxy-coated pump rods.

These couplings involve spraying a layer of modified epoxy resin powder onto the surface of T-grade couplings, which, through a special process, securely adheres to the coupling substrate, effectively isolating the crude oil from direct contact with the coupling to prevent corrosion of the metal material.

Advantages: Excellent corrosion resistance, priced at half the cost of SM-grade couplings.

Disadvantages: Poor wear resistance.
