Project Description
Acid Service Line Pipe
Detailed Product Description
Line pipes are primarily used for transporting oil and natural gas, commonly found in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical, and power equipment. With the increasing proportion of sulfur-containing oil and gas wells in domestic and international oilfields, the pipeline environment from extraction to desulfurization stations contains large amounts of sulfides, which imposes higher requirements on the performance of the pipeline. Acid service line pipes are the preferred products for these environments. These products cover all steel grades specified by API 5L standards, meeting different strength requirements and providing satisfactory pre-sales and after-sales services to customers.

Features of Acid Service Products
Acid service line pipes use low-sulfur, high-purity steel with calcium treatment. The company uses CPE or Assel rolling processes for seamless steel pipes, strictly controlling product dimensions throughout the process. After heat treatment, the product performance fully meets the performance indicators specified by API 5L standards and has its own HIC and SSC laboratories. In addition to standard testing, random sampling tests are also conducted to ensure the corrosion resistance of the products before they leave the factory.
Application Environment
Acid service line pipes are primarily designed for the acidic environments encountered during oil and gas exploration and development. They address issues related to ordinary transportation materials that lack sufficient resistance to sulfur stress cracking and hydrogen-induced cracking in acidic environments. Typically suitable for environments close to surface temperature with CO2 partial pressure less than 0.2 MPa and H2S partial pressure greater than 0.0003 MPa.
Product Specifications Range
